At Havering Citizens Advice Bureau we can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects, regardless of your race, sex, disability or sexuality. We can work with you to sort out any debt worries and claim any of the benefits you may be entitled to. We can help with housing and employment problems, or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about immigration, and we have lots of experience on family and personal matters too.

We offer a 24 hour recorded Information telephone line available on 0844 826 9697. We also provide e-mail advice.

Please note however that this service is subject to the availability of the respective advisers. Contact your local Bureau for details. A limited advice service is available by email, however, for most enquiries we recommend you contact us in person. Should you wish to request advice by e-mail, please be aware that e-mail advice is restricted to people resident or working in the London Borough of Havering. We will attempt to reply to emails within 5 working days.
